Robbie has been involved in the fitness industry for over 9 years. He has trained clients from all walks of life, from corporate work people, stay at home parents, fire and police men and women to some of Australia’s sporting elite.
Robbie is an expert in body transformations, with many clients losing 30kg+ while building lean muscle, increasing their strength and creating a very positive power to weight ratio.
As a strength and conditioning coach, Robbie writes and conducts very specific programs for his clients needs, while still realising the importance of all fitness components to make sure no element of fitness and training is neglected. Robbie likes to use all different training techniques to get the most out of his clients, taking a very holistic approach to training his clients and himself, Robbie will always work more then just the physical side of training, but also the mental, placing great emphasis on his clients setting big goals for themselves!
