Boot Camp Group Fitness

This is our most popular class. These are small group fitness classes focussing on strength training using a range of resistance techniques. From Barbells, to Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Body weight.

Every session is different, every class is intimate and personal with a qualified trainer always watching you lift with good form every time you step foot into the gym.

Many of our boot camp customers come in for a session from Blackburn and the surrounding suburbs of Doncaster and Box Hill.
