Our classes use real kickboxing/muay thai techniques in a fun well structured class that will build fitness and skill in every participant. No experience necessary, we have complete beginners right through to those who have stepped into the ring.
Muay Thai (Thai boxing) is well known as the art of eight-limbs, and even more famous for it’s ability to transform participants into fit, fast and mentally strong martial artists. Many of our participant train Muay Thai simply for the stress relief, functional movement and muscle toning benefits. Muay Thai is a great place to start your martial arts training if you are not sure where to begin.
