Catherine – I have lost 20kgs and lost centimeters of my hips and waist!

  • When I first started at SuperYou Fitness Studios, I had not been doing any training. I had virtually no strength, in particular my upper body. Since I began, I have been training 3 times per week, and I have lost 20kgs and lost centimeters of my hips and waist! My body has definitely changed for the better, and my strength has improved out of sight. I enjoy the classes because it is a really fun environment, which means I really look forward to training, instead of dreading it!
