- I have been training at SuperYou Fitness Studios for 6 months 3-4 times per week. Initially, when I started, I had no strength, especially in my upper body. I was unhappy with my body, and had no muscle tone or definition.
I have dropped 5kgs and have noticeably increased my lean muscle with my whole body toning up, especially in my arms, shoulders and tummy.
When I first started training I has a sore back, since getting so much stronger my back pain has gone all together.
I love that even after training for 6 months I still always leave feeling like I have done a really hard workout. I train in the morning and I always leave feeling awake and energized. The people in the group are great to train with, and even though we train together, the session still feel personal. Robbie knows how much weight each of us can take and makes sure we are all working hard, but without us leaving the session feeling sick.
I cannot recommend training at SuperYou fitness studios enough.
