My training sessions are something I look forward to and derive a great sense of achievement from. It is fun, personal and most importantly, I can see and feel how my body is changing for the better every week.
Robbie at SuperYou Fitness Studios has worked out a programme suited to my specific needs and goals and keeps adding to it as I progress and to keep it interesting. Robbie has also helped me with nutritional advice and guidance on my out of gym training sessions to keep me motivated and challenge me.
I am very appreciative of Robbie’s advice, motivation and interest in my achievements.
Although I still have some way to go in achieving my goals, I am stronger, fitter and in the best shape I have ever been! Exercising is now a very enjoyable part of my life and I cannot imagine my life without it!
As I was getting older, I found myself getting out of shape physically. l have tried a few different gyms, but l always felt that l was looking for something more. The answer was SuperYou Fitness Studios. When l started with my personal trainer, Robbie Aardoom, my goal was to improve my health and fitness levels by increasing my strength, flexibility and muscle definition, along with some targeted weight loss.
I have now been with SuperYou Fitness Studios for over 3 years and have successfully achieved these goals by doing kickboxing and weights. The professional and personal approach and support from my trainer Robbie were exactly what l needed! The friendly and enthusiastic manner of my trainer always ensures that the sessions are enjoyable and still challenging at the same time. The constant variety and energy in the training sessions keep me coming back for more.
Being a part of SuperYou Fitness Studios has made me a fitter and healthier individual. I have achieved “real” results which only proves that dedication to your personal goals can definitely be a very fulfilling and rewarding experience.
I’ve been training with Robbie at SuperYou Fitness Studios for over 5 years. Training with Robbie has given me a new love for exercise and the results have been fantastic. Never in my dreams did i think i would squat 150kgs! The sessions are fun and full of variety, and fit around my time schedule. Rob listens to what i want and pushes me to keep me inspired.
More recently i have started a bit of boxing and brazilian jiu jitsu training too. I was aware the boxing was going to be a great workout but I was shocked at how much of a workout you get from the grappling. I am loving learing the technique and the training is not at all intimidating. As a professional work person, I cannot recommend the guys at SuperYou Fitness Studios highly enough.
